Dr. Wyatt Osborne
Dr. Wyatt was born and raised in Lebanon and attended East Linn Christian Academy through high school, where he graduated in 2015. He went on to attend Oregon State University, graduating in June of 2018, and was accepted into Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Wyatt joined his brother (Dr. Kody Osborne who was a 3rd year dental student at the time) in attending OHSU in August of 2019, following in his brother’s, father’s and grandfather’s footsteps as a second, 3rd generation attendee of OHSU’s dental program, historically well known for producing highly skilled clinicians. He graduated in 2023, where he was at the top of his class clinically, receiving the “Best of the Best in Prosthodontics” award for clinical mastery.
Following graduation, Dr. Wyatt began his career on the Oregon coast, before transitioning closer to home where he spent two years practicing in a small town outside Salem. When the opportunity arose to move back to Lebanon and provide care in his hometown, he jumped at the opportunity. Dr. Wyatt is honored to continue the near 50-year legacy his family has established in serving the people of the mid-Willamette Valley and is dedicated to maintaining a high regard for patient care and quality outcomes.
Growing up surrounded by honest, patient-centered dental care has shaped Dr. Wyatt’s philosophy of care. He strives to maintain the same high clinical skill, communication, and patient-centered approach his family is known for. Dr. Wyatt has a reputation for a light hearted, yet honest approach to dental care and life in general. He is committed to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and at ease when working with them, and tailors every interaction to each individual’s unique situation. Whether it be someone that wants the “brass tax” information or someone requesting a detailed explanation, he’s happy to help inform and accommodate to the best of his ability.

When out of the office, Dr. Wyatt spends the majority of his time enjoying the outdoors. He enjoys backpacking in the mountains, days on the lake, either fishing or water skiing, snowboarding in the winter, and going for a cruise on his motorcycle with his brothers. His black lab, Hadley, (occasionally seen hanging out at the office), follows him around on most of his adventures.
