Edward J. Warr, DMD

Dr. Edward Warr takes great joy in helping people regain their smiles and confidence. He loves improving his patients’ lives through dental care, especially dental implants.

Throughout his career, he has invested significant time and effort in mastering dental implant procedures. His commitment to this field has earned him diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a recognition achieved through extensive continuing education, peer-reviewed work, and successful completion of both written and oral examinations. Dr. Warr finds great fulfillment in the surgical planning, placement, and restoration of dental implants.

He strongly believes that implants have the power to positively transform patients’ lives, not only by restoring their smiles and dental function but also by enhancing their overall well-being.

As a member of various professional organizations, including the American and Oregon Dental Associations, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Warr remains committed to his ongoing education. His current goal is to attain diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology.

He completed his dental education at the University of Louisville in 2002. While there, he dedicated two years to researching craniofacial birth defects in an extracurricular lab and another two years investigating the behavioral impact of dental disease on severely mentally and physically challenged adults.

Beyond his dedication to continuing education, Dr. Warr has served as a board member and president of the Southern Oregon Dental Society. He has also devoted his time and expertise to various community outreach programs, such as volunteering at the VA in White City, the Tooth Taxi, St. Vincent’s, and the Medford Children’s Clinic, to provide dental care to those in need.

Dr. Warr has been a resident of Southern Oregon for over 15 years. He and his family enjoy the natural beauty of the region, including rafting on the Rogue River, breathtaking sunsets, and exploring the local hiking trails. In his free time, Dr. Warr is an enthusiastic trail runner and mountaineer. He has conquered numerous local peaks and even Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the Western Hemisphere.
